are 100% USA based.
Our software solutions are developed in-house and field tested
by experienced Windows Active Directory Engineers. The tools we provide to our customers have evolved into
existence through years of hands-on systems engineering, administration
and business experience. Simply put, we only release to you what we feel confident using ourselves on our own critical systems.

Disillusioned with limited functionality and high implementation costs of currently available domain management software products, our focus is to design more cost-effective,

Tools first enterprise product materialized with Password Reminder PRO; an
enterprise product created specifically to reduce the
high support costs and management issues associated with
expiring Windows passwords on domain user accounts, and maintaining an organized Active Directory.
To date, Password
Reminder PRO has become an established
global product and is currently
used
by many well known organizations such as NASA,
Sun Microsystems, Mattel, Coldwell Banker, Dunbar Armored, the PCAOB, the U.S. Department of Energy,
major educational institutions and medical centers.
Leadership
Kurt D. Lewis, Chief Executive and President
Kurt
was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and attended Hawaii Pacific University with
a focus on entrpreneurial business management. Kurt ventured to California in 2000
to pursue business opportunities in technology, which eventually led to co-founding
SysOp Tools in 2006. His extensive experience with IT security, operational management,
IT compliance and Active Directory architecture ensures the company vision and product goals
remain on track.
