LAN Users do not receive a domain password change notification through the Windows UI if they remain logged on to the workstation and never log off, or if your domain policy does not require a policy refresh at login. This is especially problematic for laptop users.

Send multiple expiring-password reminder messages reliably- You are in control..
With Password Reminder PRO you have ability to control how many days in advance your users should receive a Windows password expiration reminder notice via email, and also specify multiple email re-notification intervals (for example, 1st email notice at 10 days before expire, 2nd at 3 days, final notice at 1 day). You can customize the email message text for all three reminders individually. Password Reminder PRO creates personalized and tailored reminders for each user by dynamically inserting the user's full name into the email greeting and specific number of days remaining until their password expires.
Password Reminder PRO also sends a daily summary email report to the administrator for review of Windows password expiration notice emails sent to users on that day, and shows users with a password that has expired.

What about other AD user accounts like Service, Disabled, System Accounts, etc? Do they get 'spammed' with reminders too? Do I have to license these objects as well?
No! Non mail-enabled accounts, disabled accounts, expired accounts, accounts without a password set and accounts that are set to not expire will not receive a reminder notice, and do not require a license. This is smart software!
If your users change his/her password after the first reminder notice, they will not receive further notices until the next password change period (no spamming or false alerts...ever!). Remember, we only require license for active user accounts that expire the password via domain policy- and the rest are covered free.
