Product Licensing Information and Estimated Costs
Password Reminder PRO and Password Reset PRO Licensing price is based on the number of password-expiring
user accounts in your domain (or child domain) and will differ for each customer.
In order for us to give you an accurate, low price for your environment you'll need to provide us with some basic information about your domain.
Non-password-expiring accounts, disabled accounts, and "system" accounts do not require a license.

Software Upgrade Assurance and Support (Maintenance)
Our annual Software Upgrade Assurance and Support (also called maintenance) is an optional agreement which renews annually.
This allows you access to support by telephone and email during business hours throughout the coverage year.
Any product upgrade - both major and minor - is also included.
Additionally, as we consider maintenance holders to be a privileged group, we typically first offer new product trials and other small perks to our maintenance holders first.
When we launch new products, we often make available pricing incentives as well to this privileged class of customers.
Without maintenance, customers only get 90 days of support and upgrade assurance after purchase.

Licensing is a one-time permanent license purchase.
Option 1 - Permanent License Key:
Your purchased license key is valid forever at a one-time cost. We suggest purchasing
an annual maintenance and support agreement with your permanent license key, which
provides free access to our Support Team and free upgrades to future version releases.
- The minimum cost of a permanent
license key is 100 Users at a cost of $299
- You may purchase the exact number of user licenses for your needs (110, 561, 2240,
etc)- Request a quote from us for your exact cost. ** Ask about our low cost "Unlimited
User" price for individual domains with over 2500 users!
- Optional annual maintenance and support agreement is 15% of the total license cost,
renewable annually
- Easy to add additional users to your purchased license key at any time
- At 2500 or more users in a single domain, we issue you an "unlimited user" license
key for that domain- An excellent value!
- Your issued license key is for use in a single domain or single child domain

- Your issued license key is for use in a single domain, single child domain, or single
OU
- You can use multiple OU license keys within the software's single installation
Option 2 - Annual License Key:
Purchase your license key at a substantially reduced annually renewable rate. Your
license key is valid for a
period of one year from time of purchase, and you must renew your license key annually to keep Password Reset PRO active. Annual licenses
include all software upgrades, maintenance & support.
- The minimum cost of an annual license
key is 400 Users at a cost of $1,148
- Maintenance and support agreement is included in the annual license price
- You may purchase the exact number of user licenses for your needs (110, 561, 3240,
