Password Reminder PRO automatically
monitors your Active Directory domain user
accounts across the enterprise, and
sends a professional and personalized
password expiration reminder notice to all users
whose password will expire in n days, based on your domain password expiration policy settings.
Using the Password Reminder PRO admin console you have ability to set number
of days in advance that the user should receive a Windows password expire reminder
notice via email, specify multiple email notification intervals (for example,
1st email notice at 10 days before expire, 2nd at 3 days, final notice at 1 day),
and customize the message for all three reminders individually.
There is no configuration
of user email accounts or domain structures required to run this software; Password
Reminder PRO figures all of this out for you as long as you run it in the LDAP
domain which holds your mail-enabled Windows Active Directory user accounts.
Non mail-enabled accounts, accounts without a password set and accounts that
are set to not expire will not receive a reminder notice.
Password Reminder PRO also provides you, the administrator, with a real-time
reporting console that shows status of all user account objects across the domain-

set to not expire or do not require a password, system accounts, accounts that

Powerful web-based identity management made simple:
Password Reset PRO gives end users the ability to securely "self-service" manage
expiring passwords,
resolve account lockouts and change an issued temporary password remotely via a wizard-driven web-based identity
management portal.
Our product is specifically designed to help organizations easily
manage and support a Windows change password policy environment, maintain regulatory
compliance requirements and lower the number of user support issues surrounding
identity management (e.g. locked accounts and expired passwords). -and the best part is, no schema extensions
or modified client GINA deployment is required! If your company is under strict
change control process guidelines, you'll appreciate this.
Expired passwords and user account lockouts are the most common daily IT support
issues faced by system admins and help desk staff, particularly in regards to remote
OWA and VPN users who do not log on to the LAN locally. While password expiration policy requirements are vital to ensuring infrastructure security, it commonly leads
to expired user passwords and account lockouts, loss of
user productivity and an
increase in overall IT support. Allowing users to help themselves is a must.
Password Reset PRO is a "Best of Breed" easy to deploy solution which allows users
to reset forgotten passwords, change expiring passwords, change an issued temporary
password and unlock accounts manually- All through a secure web-based self-service portal that leverages native Windows Active Directory security.
No schema extending is required, and no deployment of modified GINA files to client
PC's is required. You'll find a very low change-control footprint with our product,
and you will be very pleased with
how easy it is to deploy and use.
Modern Security: Password Reset PRO uses the modern "bank style"
approach to online identity management via a chosen security image and matching
security word to establish a secure and "easy to remember" ID login profile. A user's
profile access is based on NT Account + Image + Word.
Password Reset PRO does NOT use out-dated "question-and-answer" security methods
for user authentication, since it is typically difficult
for a user to remember- Resulting in help desk calls to reset their portal ID access. Your
identity management product should reduce your IT support overhead,
not add to it!
ID Profiles: Profile enrollement is "wizard driven" and easy to
use for even the most non-tech end user. Once the user has established an ID profile,
the user can easily manage their password and account manually by simply entering
their NT account name, security image and matching word to gain access. Once the
user returns to the portal, a wizard shows their account status and guides them
through neccessary activties such as changing / resetting a password or unlocking
their account.
Auditing: All daily web portal account activities are logged to assist with meeting SOX / HIPAA / GLB / PCI regulatory compliance. In regards to specific PCI compliance
requirements, a reason must be entered by the user when unlocking their account
via the portal. An unlock account alert is sent to the administrator in real time
with the reason data, and is also captured in the daily
logging.
Deployment: Deployment is extremely easy and requires very little
change control planning. The web front end portal can be deployed on a non-domain
DMZ box, and talks internally on a single port to the back-end secure service component
via an RSA secured and blowfish-encrypted communication channel.
All user data resides in Active Directory and is managed by the internal secure
service. No user data persists on the web front end, ensuring ultimate perimeter
security. The web front end portal has been developed to pass strict PCI compliance
scan and penitration testing, and is as easy to deploy / manage as any standard
ASP.NET website running on IIS.
No schema extending or modified GINA deloyment is required,
and the web portal can be accessed from any browser or client OS. Password Reset PRO is
the "Best of Breed" when it comes to ID management and a true cross-platform access solution.

Would you like your Help Desk staff to be able to quickly reset user passwords and
unlock accounts, without giving them full access to Active Directory Users and Computers
console?
Account Manager for Active Directory is an easy to install, easy to use application
that installs locally on any Windows-based workstation or server. Account Manager
allows IT staff to quickly address common daily tasks such as changing or resetting
a user’s domain password, unlocking a user’s domain account, disabling / enabling
a user’s account, and verifying a user’s identity during a help call.
The primary purpose for this tool is to provide a path for your help desk staff
to handle common user account and password related issues without having to give
them full admin rights and access to an Active Directory MMC console. Account Manager
can be used on a specific OU, group, or the entire domain. Rights to perform specific
actions within Account Manager are controlled by standard group policies and you
may configure these rights as appropriate for use in your environment. Using delegated
rights, you can allow your IT staff to perform some or all of the available actions
in Account Manager. All activities performed by the Account Manager tool are logged
to the local computer’s event log for auditing, or the output can be redirected
to a central Syslog server.
If you use our Password Reset PRO Self Service portal software, there is also an
included feature to quickly reset a user’s self service enrollment profile.
