Access to software downloads requires registering an account on our website.
All software downloads are "full version", your trial key will expire in 30 days. Should you decide to purchase, we will issue you a permanent, non-expiring key which replaces your trial key. • 2gb installed memory for domains with under 2000 user objects. A server with at least 3gb of installed memory is recommended for domains with more than 2000 password expiring users.
• Active Directory domain. Password Reminder PRO should be run on same subnet or SITE as your primary DCs / FSMO role holders
• Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 (.NET v1.1 is different than .NET 2.0 or 3.0 - .NET v1.1 is pre-installed on 2003 servers)
• Available internal SMTP Mail-Host Relay (We recommend Microsoft Exchange but you can use ANY mail system whether in-house or outsourced)

Our sales process is simple but does require us to talk with you to make sure all the details are correct:

1. Determine the number of enabled, password expiring Active Directory users you need to license and request a price quote.
2. Tell us your Active Directory fully qualified internal domain name (your FQDN is not required before receiving a price quote).
3. Confirm that your number of users and AD domain are correct on your order.
4. Pay for your order and receive your permanent software license key!

Product Licensing and Estimated Costs
Password Reminder PRO licensing is based on the number of password-expiring user accounts in your domain (or child domain) and can be different for each customer. Non-password-expiring accounts, disabled accounts and "system" accounts do not require a license and are not included in your licensable users count. In order for us to give you an accurate, low price for your environment you'll need to let us know how many licensable users you have in each domain you wish to license. You can use our Licensing Tool to get an accurate count of how many licensable users we see in your domain.

Permanent Licensing: Your purchased license key is valid forever at a one-time cost. We suggest purchasing our annually renewable Upgrade Assurance and Support agreement with your license, which provides free access to our Support Team and free upgrades to future version releases.

• The minimum cost of a permanent license key is $299 for 100 users.
• Our Annual Upgrade Assurance and Support (maintenance) agreement is 15% of your license price. For a 100 user minimum license this separate optional purchase is an additional $44.35.
• You may purchase the exact number of user licenses for your needs (110, 561, 2240, etc) above our 100 user minimum. There are no tiers or licensing levels. Please request a quote to get the exact cost for your installation.
• It’s easy to add additional users (25 minimum) to your purchased license key at any time. We credit your original purchase to provide volume discounting!
• At 2500 or more users in a single domain, we issue you an "unlimited user" license key for that domain- An excellent value!
• Your issued license key is for use in a single domain or single child domain
• Need to buy licenses for multiple domains? Talk to our Sales Team about our volume discounted multi-domain pricing structure. We always price based on your total number of users across all domain licenses.

Annual Upgrade Assurance and Support: An optional purchase, our annual upgrade assurance and support agreement (software maintenance) extends the 90 days of support coverage that we guarantee all customers to the entire year after purchase, giving you full-time access to all of our support resources and any updates (both major and minor version releases) of your software for free.

Annual Licensing: Annual licensing is available for licenses of 400 users or more. Annual licenses are renewed yearly and include our Upgrade Assurance and Support agreement automatically.
